1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all applicants seeking membership in SUVABANI FOUNDATION. By signing and submitting the membership application form, you voluntarily agree to comply with these Terms, the NGO’s constitution/bylaws, and any related policies or regulations.

2. Eligibility for Membership

• Be at least 18 years of age (or provide guardian consent if underage).
• Support and align with the NGO’s objectives and mission.
• Submit a duly completed and signed membership form.
• Pay the applicable membership fee (if any), subject to approval.
• Must not have been disqualified due to misconduct or legal issues.

3. Types of Membership

• General Member
• Student Member
• Donor Member
• Advisory Member

Specific rights and responsibilities vary by membership category and will be communicated separately.

4. Membership Fees

---

• Minimum membership fee: Rs. 200/- or more.
• Fees must be paid monthly as defined by the NGO.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Non-payment for 3 consecutive months may result in suspension or cancellation.

5. Member Rights

• Attend and participate in NGO programs, meetings, and events.
• Receive regular updates, newsletters, and reports.

6. Member Responsibilities

---

• Follow the NGO’s mission, rules, and policies.
• Respect all members, staff, and beneficiaries.
• Maintain confidentiality of internal matters.
• Avoid actions that may harm the NGO’s integrity or reputation.
• Participate actively in NGO initiatives when applicable.

7. Code of Conduct

• Act with honesty, fairness, and transparency.
• Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior.
• Avoid conflicts of interest.
• Maintain respectful communication at all times.

8. Termination of Membership

• Violation of Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.
• Failure to pay membership dues.
• Behavior damaging the NGO’s mission or reputation.
• Written resignation by the member.
• Decision by the Executive Committee (final and binding).

9. Amendments to Terms

• The NGO reserves the right to revise Terms at any time.
• Members will be notified through official communication.
• Continued membership implies acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Use of Personal Information

• Member data is used solely for administrative purposes.
• Personal data will not be shared without consent unless legally required.
• Members may request access or correction of their data at any time.
